Joining the Group in 3 Steps
1- Fill Out the Form
You fill out a short Google Form.
All your information remains private.
2- First meeting
Your first meeting will be held by Psychologist Onur Bal or an experienced professional. It is a 20-minute meeting about group rules and other issues.
3- Join the Group
Join your anxiety group via Zoom at the same time each week.
