My journey as a Psychologist in Turkey began when I enrolled in the Psychology Department at Istanbul Bilim University. During my university years, I contributed to psychological research and wrote articles, deepening my understanding of the field. After graduation, I gained experience in various institutions and clinics.

I participated in studies at Bakırköy Mental and Neurological Diseases Hospital, enriching my clinical experience. I also served as a military psychologist for one year within the Turkish Naval Forces Command, providing support to military personnel.

I opened my first office in Adana and later moved my practice to Cihangir, Istanbul, where I continue to offer psychological services.

In recent years, I have been collaborating with Balancing Life Issues, providing English-language training to global companies. Additionally, I authored a book that deeply examines the relationship between artificial intelligence and mental health. Alongside this, I write articles on psychology, artificial intelligence, and mental health for global journals and websites. These writings are followed by a wide readership both nationally and internationally.
